Jonah's first day of preschool! He had a great time & is looking forward to going back Thursday. His buddy Hudson is in his class so Jonah is very excited about that! My baby is growing up so fast.

We made many fun memories swimming at my grandparents pool all summer, it is sad this summer is done but we will look forward to next year! Thank you grandma & grandpa, we love you!

Summer Fun

I have not been doing a good job at the blog thing lately. I am so sorry! Our camera has a delay as most average digital ones do but because of this it is so hard to get a good picture of our crazy, fast moving kids. Melissa took these so I thought I should put them up for those of you that read our blog that live far far away & haven't seen the kids. Things are going really great in the Carlson home. We are thrilled about summer, we went to grandma & grandpa Millers swimming today for the 1st time of the year of they loved it! Hope everyone is happy and healthy and enjoying life. Bless YOU!

Our little Laney had her first big "boo boo" today! She is tough though, it scared me more then it did her.

We were out playing in the driveway, she was riding her worm and Jonah was on his bike and he pretty much came crashing into her.....she went over the top of "wormy" and into the pavement.

He was sad and felt bad about hurting his sister! I guess this is what happens when you have a big brother.

Children update.... The kids just had their well-child check-ups and they are growing like weeds! Laney rose is in the 97% for her height and 75 % for her weight. She is sweet and sassy at times. She loves Jonah and also really knows how to push his buttons so she has taken her fair share of big shoves from her brother. They are growing to love each other more daily..... the bigger Laney gets the better! She is staring to hold her own a bit. :) Jonah is doing great.... loving swim class, playing with his buddies and going to Preschool once a week . He is 39 lbs and 40 inches tall. 97% for height and 75 for weight. He is getting long and lean! The kids definitely did not get their height from me! So we are happy and for the most part healthy... after all it is winter you know. I am looking forward to Spring!

Christmas was so much fun with the kids this year, Jonah was so excited about Santa. We made him cookies and put oats out for the reindeer and sprinkles in the snow so Santa could find our house. Laney enjoyed climbing on her gifts more them opening them.

We enjoyed tons of fun with family & friends and feel so very blessed!
